Credvanta provides commercial business-to-business (B2B) debt recovery services only.

Credvanta is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Credvanta’s payment collection, reconciliation and settlement arrangements form an integral part of its commercial debt recovery service and are undertaken solely under the contractual authority granted by its Clients.

On the basis of Credvanta’s business model and the services it provides, Credvanta does not consider its activities to constitute regulated payment services under the Payment Services Regulations 2017.

8. Payment Facilities

Where authorised by a Creditor, this website may provide facilities enabling Debtors to make payments to Credvanta.

Credvanta receives and administers payments solely in its capacity as the Creditor’s authorised commercial debt recovery and collection agent.

Payment made to Credvanta constitutes payment made to the Creditor to the extent of the amount received by Credvanta on the Creditor’s behalf.

Recovered monies are administered through Credvanta’s Client Money Account and are reconciled and settled in accordance with Credvanta’s contractual arrangements with its Clients.

Use of any payment facility made available through this website does not create any contractual relationship between the Debtor and Credvanta beyond the administration of the payment.

Credvanta reserves the right to suspend, refuse or reverse any transaction where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, compliance, payment security, operational reasons or where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Whilst Credvanta endeavours to ensure that the information published on its websites is accurate and up to date, no warranty or representation is given that all information will always be complete, accurate or free from error.
